Before any mode, the Central AI Mini-PC is installed once: the brain that links all modes together, the control dashboard and the WhatsApp Business API integration. Available in two tiers depending on how many AI services the customer wants — see the comparison above. From here, each added mode is a fixed extra cost, the same in both tiers.
Add new modes later without changing the Mini-PC — the extra cost of each mode is the same at both levels, the difference is only in the base. It's mandatory for any mode on this page, including AI Security. We no longer offer the option of installing a mode "on its own, with its own hardware" or a Raspberry Pi as the central brain.
These combine the most common modes to make the initial proposal easier. It's the fastest way to get started — you can expand later with any of the other modes without touching the Mini-PC already installed.

The system detects when a courier arrives using vision AI, takes a photo of the package and the delivery moment, and alerts you on WhatsApp — all processed locally, with no monthly fee.

Your garden already knows when it's thirsty
The mini-PC checks the weather API every hour, anticipates rain, wind and temperature, and acts on irrigation and blinds without any user input. If it's going to rain in 3 hours, the irrigation doesn't start. If wind exceeds 40 km/h, the blinds go up automatically. In the Complete option, the same AI also decides when your robot mower should go out and cut, based on how the lawn is really growing (season, recent rain, growth rate) — not on a generic fixed schedule that cuts the same whether the grass is growing fast or it's bone dry.
You sleep better, without thinking about it
Blinds and lighting adjust automatically to your sleep schedule: gradual sunrise in the morning, warm color temperature at night, integration with your phone's alarm.

CO₂, humidity and temperature sensors send continuous readings to the mini-PC, which automatically triggers ventilation or purification when healthy thresholds are exceeded, with WhatsApp alerts.

When the kids get home from school, the system recognises them by phone geolocation, unlocks the door automatically, turns on the lights they need, sets the heating or AC, and sends parents an instant WhatsApp confirmation. For babies, it adds overnight monitoring: a camera and an alert if it detects persistent crying, without parents having to stay on watch. It's an extra alert, not a medical device or a substitute for adult supervision.
An alert in seconds, not minutes
A camera watches the pool and its AI tells a normal dive apart from someone motionless underwater or on the surface for longer than usual — the threshold the industry uses is around 10 seconds without movement. As soon as it detects it, it triggers an on-site siren instantly and alerts you via WhatsApp. It's an extra layer of fast alerting: it never replaces direct adult supervision.
